About Me
I am a UX designer, digital strategist and visual designer with more than a decade of experience working with major consumer and B2B brands. I am equal parts right and left-brained, an analytical thinker as well as creative brainstormer. And above all else, an innovator.
I specialize in collaborating with teams to create interactive experiences that inspire real engagement and connection with my clients' products and brand. User Experience is the convergence of business, creativity and technology. With my deep background in all three of these areas, I bring an entirely unique perspective to my work as a product strategist and designer. There are few things I love doing more than bringing together disparate ideas and resources to deliver elegant solutions to complex challenges.
When I'm not doing the "UX/Design thing," I'm busy pursuing my other passions--drawing, painting, writing music and photography. Visiting art galleries, reading and listening to music serve as a vital source of inspiration to me in expanding my thinking, and my overall approach to design and communications.

My VP, Axle
In 2009 I found Axle on Petfinder.com looking for a border collie, my friend had one and I thought they were the smartest dogs I had ever seen. Axle was the only 1-3 year old mix-collie i had found on-line and in the vicinity. I waited weeks for him to show up on adoption days, and started to doubt he was meant to be for me. It was told to me that Axle had been in the rescue for over a year and a half, five separate people were about to adopt him, but in the end they thought his fused leg was to much maintenance and didn't end up getting him. I again began to think this wasn't going to happen. Then finally the day came and he showed up. When I first saw him his fur was all dulled and brown and anytime he shook himself it looked like half his hair fell off. He was very timid and stand offish at first.
The person fostering him told me they rescued him off the streets of South Central.
Los Angeles, hobbling along with his front right leg broken above the elbow. They took him to the vet and decided fusing the leg was his best option of fixing him. The fused leg brought a lot of pity , looking at him limp at first makes you think he has something stuck in his paw. After he healed it seemed he had difficulty joining the pack, being somewhat handicap made him submissive to the bigger dogs. He was very timid, scared of several things, and alone.
I was walking him and the guy was continuously telling me how well it was going, and how great Axle was with me. Maybe it was his sell pitch, but there was an instant bond and I decide to rescue him to a home.
Since that time Axle has been absolutely the best dog and companion. He's very intelligent and well behaved I had him pass through his Good Citizen' course to become a service dog. He's been certificated since 2013 and never has become anything less than perfect.
